Ingredients:
- 250 grams of uncooked pasta
- 400 grams myTofu Italiano
- 3 carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 red onion
- 1 white onion
- 600-800ml (1-2 cans) Diced tomatoes (or another tomato sauce)
- Pepper
- Salt
- 2-3 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2-3 ts- Italian spice mix
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Sambal
- Fresh Basilicum
- Cheese (optional)
Steps:
- Cut your onions and garlic into small pieces.
- Cut your vegetables.
- Cut the myTofu Italiano into small blocks.
- Cook your onions and garlic (add some oil or butter in the pan before cooking)
- Cook your tofu in a separate pan until golden brown and temporarily place it aside (add some oil or butter before cooking).
- Add your veggies to your onions and garlic.
- Add two to three teaspoons of smoked paprika and Italian spice mix, one teaspoon of oregano and sambal, and some fresh basil to your onions and vegetables.
- Add your tomato sauce to your veggies and onions and bring the complete sauce to a simmer.
- Heat a pan and fill it with water (roughly 1L)
- Add your pasta once the water is boiling
- When ready, drain your cooked pasta
