Frustrated by the market’s bland, expensive, and complicated meat substitutes, particularly tofu, he innovated through extensive experimentation. His breakthrough came with developing a proprietary production process that naturally infuses tofu with rich flavors, creating products that are both delicious and convenient.
As the driving force behind MyTofu’s inception, Sven’s strategic vision and practical business expertise have been instrumental in the company’s journey from a bootstrapped startup to a scaling operation with strategic partnerships. Dolf van Delft - Cofounder & COO
Dolf van Delft discovered MyTofu during a collaborative project while completing his Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation studies at Tilburg University. Recognizing the company’s exceptional potential, he joined in early 2023 and immediately transformed MyTofu’s business operations.
With his analytical approach and sales expertise, Dolf expertly bridges product development with market demand. As the architect of MyTofu’s financial strategy, he oversees funding acquisition, investment management, and ensures long-term financial sustainability—making him a cornerstone of the company’s financial excellence.
Juraj Kret - Co-founder & CTO
Juraj Kret brings a unique dual expertise to MyTofu since joining in 2023. His background in Applied Data Science and Artificial Intelligence drives production optimization and automation initiatives, while his professional culinary experience elevates product development to new heights.
